Kensy, Max, and their friend Curtis Pepper are off on a trip to New York! But there's more to this trip than meets the eye... The chase is on to capture Dash Chalmers, but there's another dangerous criminal on the loose! The twins will need all their spy sensibilities, along with Curtis and his trusty spy backpack, to bring down the culprit.
