Refund policy

Returns (Online & In-Store)

We accept returns within 45 days of purchase or delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the order amount minus any return shipping costs (for online orders).

For in-store purchases, returns can be brought directly back to our shop with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t as magical as expected, please reach out as soon as possible at whimsyandwondertoys@gmail.com. Include your order number and a photo of the item so we can take a look. Each situation is handled with care, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
